Online courses and downloads are non-refundable. Hands on courses are non-refundable. One complimentary date transfer will be offered for students who may have a last minute conflict or illness.

PRODUCT DELIVERY POLICY:

If you purchase a digital download, it will be emailed to you upon completion of payment.

If you purchase an online course, you will receive an intake email within 24 hours of purchase allowing you to fill out our forms and schedule your onboarding call.

If you purchase an in person course, you will receive a welcome email within 48 hours of purchase allowing you to fill out our forms and prepare for the class date you selected!
